Desktop application to web platform
Paradox Design helped turn a desktop-bound workflow into a web application that our team could access anywhere, without losing the operational detail the original system depended on.
Migration work covered interface redesign, data flow planning, permission boundaries, browser-based access, and a staged release path for users who relied on the existing desktop tool.
Digitising physical processes
The biggest improvement was time. A process that relied on paper, repeated manual entry, and delayed reporting became searchable, trackable, and much cheaper to operate.
The engagement focused on replacing physical forms and fragmented admin with digital capture, reporting, allocation logic, and reusable operational data.
Bespoke product creation
They helped us move from a loose product idea into something we could explain, test, and build around. The work made the concept feel real without overcomplicating the first version.
Support included discovery, concept validation, MVP planning, product language, technical feasibility, and a roadmap for later releases.
Ad-hoc support on an existing product
Paradox Design was able to step into an existing product, understand the moving pieces, and add capability without forcing a full rebuild.
Work included feature extension, bug triage, integration support, deployment guidance, and targeted improvements within existing technical constraints.
